What’s your return policy?
Not your vibe? No problem. We accept returns on unworn items within 14 days of delivery. Your shoes must be in original condition and packaging. Email us to start your return.
Do you ship internationally?
Currently, we ship within the U.S., but international shipping is coming soon. Sign up for our mailing list to be the first to know when we go global.
How long does shipping take?
Orders typically ship within 2–5 business days. Delivery times vary based on location, but you’ll receive tracking info the moment your order is on the move.
Where are your shoes made?
Our shoes are responsibly made in China in small, family-owned sample rooms that prioritize fair wages and thoughtful craftsmanship and have been in business for over 30 years. We choose production partners who care about the planet and the people making your shoes.
Do you use leather?
Unless specified in our product details, we use responsibly sourced leathers from LWG certified tanneries with strict environmental standards or deadstock leather we find at the local market.
Are you sustainable?
We prefer the word responsible over sustainable because to us, it’s not just about trends or buzzwords. It’s about making thoughtful choices at every step, staying accountable, and constantly evolving for the better. Because this isn’t about perfection, it’s about intention. We’d rather have a million people trying their best than a hundred people doing it perfectly. Footwear production can be wasteful. Especially when it requires new molds. That’s why we avoid creating from scratch when possible, opting instead to work with existing molds and deadstock materials already available through our factories and suppliers.
Do you use plastic?
We use recycled plastic in our heels where we can if it doesn’t compromise the stability of the shoes. Unfortunately, as you continue to recycle plastic, it becomes less durable and we want to keep you safe. Our outsoles are also made from recycled plastic but made to look like leather. We partner with GRS certified factories on this. Otherwise, we use deadstock materials that may contain plastic in order to minimize waste in the environment. What about your packaging?
Our packaging is FSC-certified, recyclable, and responsibly sourced and just as considered as the shoes inside.
How do I know my size?
Our shoes are true to size in U.S. sizing. If you’re between sizes or prefer a little extra room, we recommend sizing up. Here’s a quick reference to help you find your fit:
